The Black Olive Grill is a modern version of a very old Asian design. First introduced to the U.S. from Japan after the end of World War 2, the mushikamado actually traces its origins to the Indus Valley of present-day Pakistan some 4000 years ago. Those cookers were made from clay and later, ceramic – but Primo has brought this ancient concept into the 21st Century, with a combination of metal, stone and ceramic construction. Primo grills have a temperature range of between 150 and 650 degrees, providing amazing versatility when it comes to turning out tasty meats, fish and poultry. Primo also offers a number of accessories for rotisserie chicken, ribs, pizza and even a griddle for outdoor breakfasts!
